一位加拿大的老朋友来了这儿。认识他有十多年了。他竟然在圣诞前夕下午搞了一个 “简单气功” 聚会。不过蛮好玩的。“简单气功” 看起来很简单，如果身体不 fit 的话难度也蛮高的。流了好多汗！过后感觉健康了一点。希望明天起床不会周身骨痛。嘻嘻。
