Ayam Bag
I am back. I am exhausted… Woke up in the late morning, my colleauge messaged and told me that our office do not observe 1st February as public holiday. But the whole town was off. I felt like shit, extremely lethargic. So I decided to work from home. Communicated with my colleauges and supported some participants of trainings that I conducted via YM. Went through hundreds of emails, mostly junks, that I missed when I was in Sukabumi.
Sukabumi is located between a pair of volcanos, namely Gede and Pangrango. The temperature was comfortable but a bit cold at night. Water is clean (I wanted to vomit when I saw the water filter outside my apartment), air is extra fresh (I was attacked by the smog when I got down from the AirAsia landing strip) and the soil is furtile (the rice there was tasty and the vegetables were juicy).
Past ten days was quite a journey. Made some friends… Learnt something that is useful for my work. Re-lived my younger years of summer camp kind of lifestyle. Overdoese of dangdut entertaintment. If I don’t count the exhaustion… I would give it 7 out of 10 for the fun and achievement.

This is how I got my sun-burn.

I am going to AstroGal’s party tonight. Her TV show was axed (kind of…). Last night was the finale. The party tonight is to wrap up all these years of sweet, sour, bitter and hot (a Chinese expression for better or worst of life). I got to be there to mix some cocktail on AstroGal’s demand. Hope I am not too drunk later tonight to upload some photos of Survivor.

welcome back!!!!
dun sound like you wanted to be back though, but well-cum nonetheless.
heheheheh
10 days of no work emails. What else do I need? hahaha.
you looked like you enjoyed the rafting. bet it’s worth the sun burn. hmm.. which reminds me how i miss going on a trip like that. how far did the river stretch?
it was a 11km stretch of rapids. the finishing point is about 15km away from the estuary, where the Indian Ocean is. We had a great lunch at the rafting place then drove to the beach where the river ends.
