在金钱的引诱下有主人的狗只也有可能当作流荡野狗， 方法很简单，去掉狗儿身上的执照牌就是野狗了。有主人的狗只溜出屋外也当是野狗来处理等，怕就怕矫枉过正的问题也会发生。
这些问题他们有认真去思考吗？

sam, i just visited putra jaya last wednesday night. it’s empty! went to that empty park. and saw that wawa something bridge. wow. lots of money there.
then a policeman whistled at us and scolded us for sitting on a fountain that looked like a sculpture because we wanted to take pictures of ourselves. the fountain was not turned on. so we thought it wasn’t fountain. i was kinda shocked. i thought hte police would give us a fine for doing that.
i’m not used to policemen scolding me for sitting on fountains in a park that’s supposed to be where people converge.
